More than forty percent of American workers who receive the benefit of paid time off squandering a portion of their allotted time.
Nearly three-quarters of all American workers earn paid time off including vacation time and personal days. Though a majority of workers recognize the personal and professional benefits of time off, most do not use all of the time they have earned. In this study we look to assess why employees do not take paid time off, and how this is affecting our economy.
